Bouncing Balls is a screen saver for Windows that shows 3D spheres bouncing around a room with realistic physics. There are several customisable options such as number of balls and the size of balls as well as how the balls are rendered. OpenGL or DriectX is not required.

There is no other screen saver like it that shows 3D balls bouncing and rotating inside a 3D room.
It looks good.
It is 3D but doesn't require any 3D API libraries such as OpenGL or DirectX.

Someone who wants a nice looking screen saver.
Someone who wants a 3D screen saver but doesn't have OpenGL or DirectX.
